tier 13 set bonus compared to t11

[:1]I acknowledge that the 4 pc is pretty wonderful on t13, but the 2 piece seems lackluster when you look at tier 11's 4 set. Doesn't the 4 pc give a good 4ish % more haste than 500 haste? And you never lose it. I don't know guess I'm just jealous of other classes set bonus's like shadow priests...so amazing.. Not the type of person that loves re-used cheaper imitation set bonus's.

t13 is haste

haste is much better. and if we had 10% haste instead of what t13 will give us then i almost positive we'd be way way way under the haste cap for pretty much every spec. especially once we hit like heroic t13 gear levels.
It's a very well done mage bonus: incredibly mathy. They'll be at this for weeks at EJ. Perfect for the mage theorycrafters.

It also might be good for us, you never know, but at least it will keep a lot of mages happy thinking about it!

Despite the dynamic nature of it, it's quite easy to average the haste bonus. It's merely finding average gain over rampup then average it the static 500 haste time over the time till stack dump plus down time. At the moment the rampup time is unknown due to not knowing the exact stats on BiS gear yet.

They'll have it solved within 5 minutes of knowing the new gear. Although the dynamic haste stacks are more reliable than a mirror image that likes to attack random targets, although less interesting.
