Rawr Optimizer and my Killshades

[:1]How do I get the optimizer in Rawr to recognize the cogwheels in my Killshades?
Right now everytime I try to run the optimizer it tells me that my cogs are not available, and always reforges based on me not having the +208 Hit and Mastery.
Any ideas on how to rework this?
I was thinking it might be possible to add a piece of gear with the same stats or something like that? Then again I'm not positive on how to add gear though I have done it for rogue spreadsheets in the past if that is something similar.

Edit: Was playing around with the item editor, all I can do is remove the cogs and add the stats which makes them available for reforging and doesn't really help me. Anyone know of a way to lock an item?
LOL on the right side there is a button that says (gear => xxx v) click the button and it will bring up a list of stuff... go down and mouse over "gems" on the right side there will be a "cogwheel" to click.... then it will list all the cogwheel gems. glick each one to put a green diamond in front of it. Now the optimizer will pick the best cogwheels for you.
