Frost Mage need some critique me.

Look at my Spec and Armor,Please tell me what I need to improve replace,I will be playing in 3s MLS and in 2s Frost Disc.Feel free to tell me what in do better and what to drop.Thank you and please don't troll
about 1% over hit, way to little crit, you have no on-use trinket (get soul casket+DMC:V), missing 5 enchants.

I thought around 4% was fine,I have a On use trinket already...Badge of Dominance...I do need Enchants tho I am waiting on full Ruthless.Idk if DMC Vol is best choice.Maybe another trinket for Resil,In 3s I dont get trained much,But idk
4% is the cap itself, the extra .94% is wasted stat.

Almost all of the enchantments you could use are dirt-cheap. Mastery for the hands, +35 int for the cloak, lavawalker/Earthen Vitality for the boots, 1000 honor for the vicious int head enchantment.

The warlock is going to get trained a lot more than you, so you can opt out the other resilience trinket and grab Soul Casket for the mastery boost.
You're going to want Glyph of Polymorph...
If you can get your hands on it, get a Theralion's Mirror, even normal mode would do. That trinket is unbelievably good for frost. Also, enchant your stuff and reforge your wand to mastery. Take 1 point out of blazing speed and put it in impact. Shattered barrier is pretty much useless, take the points out of that and put 1 in enduring winter and 1 more in piercing ice. Your glyphs are fine, don't listen to the person above me, that is unless you are running a healer comp, then scrap the glyph of evocate and get the glyph of polymorph.
