Blizzard (spell) Bug?

I'm noticing that every time cast aoe blizzard, get the message/voice "that spell is not ready"

tried it multiple time in a bunch of scenarios and not touching the mouse or keys...


what up w/that?
yup - it's a bug. let's hope they fix it with 4.3
