A couple 4.2 questions

[:1]Couple of things I am unsure on.

1. Will haste be a more important arcane stat than mastery or crit once(if) you lose the T11 4 piece?

2. Is the 4 piece T12 bad enough and the T11 4 piece good enough to keep me from wanting to equip more than just 1 piece of T12? (regular mode gear)

yeah, most likely, try rawr or simulationcraft for more info. I put your character in rawr, once I gave you 2piecies of t12 (head+shoulders) and these are the state weights I got for you:
