[:1]hey guys, im gearing up my frost mage i'm curious how much spell pen do i need? i realize if i'm dueling another mage i'll need a lot of spell pen but whats an average all around number for pvping the majority.

Just pick up the honor Spen neck and you'll be set until you can upgrade it to the arena version.
