Pvp is what im mainly going to be doing
Check my frost spec, my glyphs suit me well for pvp. Some people switch in glyph of frost armour or even glyph of icy veins.

Yes, his glyphs are correct.
Replace evocate for frost armor if you're doing 3s.
IV isn't really worth it anymore after the 4.1 patch.
