Arcane Training Dummy DPS?

I was looking around, and I couldn't find really a response to this. (It may be because I'm terrible at searching stuff out in Google).

What sort of DPS should a 359 ilvl mage (without 4piece) self buffed be doing on a training dummy? I just started gearing my mage a while ago, and I think I got a lot of work to do to get studly at him.

Training dummies are to test out rotations, not to test your DPS.

If you're looking for even a slightly more accurate measure of DPS, Argaloth in Baradin Hold is pretty much a perfect Arcane fight.
who cares about dps on a training dummy, they don't drop loot.

Don't forget to use your Mage Ward and step in the fire to boost your damage. :)
Agree with Gamdwelf... I personally don't like fighting training dummies b/c they just stand there and never drop any loot. You would think Blizz would make it so they at least drop gold or the occasional rare!
