[:1]Could i solo old level 70 raids on my mage? I want to do The Eye and Hyjal Summit for some crazy good looking staffs for 4.3. If not, what about with a healer? A healer and a plate dps? Finally, what spec should i use?

You can two man Kael'thas with a healer. For Phase 4, have your healer stand out of line of sight of Kael'thas, but in line of sight of you. Tank all pyroblasts rather than interrupting them.
And wear the legendary staff at all times. Cuts your dps but saves your butt.
