When I click B3 (middle button on mouse), I want to use Mana Gem.
When I click on the spell (no keybind what-so-ever), I want to cast Conjure Mana Gem
Is there a way to do that? I'm having problems setting it up.
EDIT: I already have a keybind for Shift-B3, so i can't use that.
No, that's the same keystroke in the game's eyes.
Your best option is
#show mana gem
/use [nomod] mana gem
/cast [mod:shift] conjure mana gem
or something similar

I don't have a mouse which sucks so i have to use binds and click. But I conjure the gems drag them onto my bar. Go to the spell in your book, drag it some place else. So on button uses the item from your bag, the other uses the conjure more spell. I think this is what you're asking?
Or you want a macro that recognizes if you are out of gems and casts the conjure gem spell?
If you are having trouble keeping track of your gems I would suggest binding the item from your bag to a button on your bars because it will show the item lvl. Also their is an addon called mage nuggets that will give you a box what ever size you want, that can be placed where ever you want, that keeps track of how many you have for you. It also does all kinds of handy dandy mage things later on it will be an even bigger asset for you to have.
Keeping track of your current number of mana gems is important to be able to do more and more as you progress anyways. So it wont be bad for ya if you can't find a macro :).
